I have to agree with Ellen here. Actually, I'd say more 
experience/skill/patience is needed for the training run than for the 
certifying run. (Though from what I've seen/remember, Benazeer probably 
has the chops for that too.)

The certifying run's mostly checking that the new press op can be 
trusted to work without direct supervision and without undue risk to 
themselves or the shop. Right?
