Hi folks,
I think my next step is to go to the office and have an active give me a d=
oor tutorial. I must be doing something wrong, as the president assured me=
my card was active, and yet I failed to be able to open the door again yes=
terday.
Note that my ID card works everywhere else as expected, so I expect it's n=
ot the card at fault. More likely me, I guess...
I swipe the card, the light turns green, and then I am unable to open the =
door. (Door neither pulls nor pushes, and the handle doesn't turn.) Can a=
nyone thing of something I'm doing wrong off the top of their heads?
