Ok, thanks for the info! A few more questions/clarifications:

I have moved it before and I remember the one-person-per-leg procedure well.
We'll take good care in moving it and any other heavy items.

Thanx.

   > When are you planning to move things around?
Probably next week. The WUAPO will be updated and mail will be sent when we
   decide.

I'll keep an eye out.

We may want to use the long thin table as a desk for people to work at, since
the chapter is clamoring for general-purpose table space to do homework at,
which is what's prompting this question.

There are two of the long thin tables ...  ; - }

I think we will end up doing this - that is, moving them to the drop poster
   shelves.

I'm not sure there is enough space up there for all of them. Also be
careful stacking them so they can't slide off to the sides or front.

I don't think we will move them, but we wanted full information anyway.

Of course,

Is this so that it can be lifted safely? What specifically is the safety
issue of storing it *under* a table or desk?

Concern about people getting hurt by getting caught in the baby press
the wrong way (though rare, such "accidents" have happened). Concern
about it being kicked and broken. Especailly around Book Exchange,
boxes are pushed around on the floor, too often with minimal thought
and care ...

And dragging the baby press out from under something, or pushing it in
under something is hard on the floor tiles, and physically hard to do
safely.

We may change which filing cabinet it is in, or where the filing cabinet is
located, but thanks for the heads-up so we can let you know where it went.

A bottom drawer is fine with us. It can't be a shorter file drawer.
It's in one of the narrowest filing cabinets. Be careful with the
boxes at back. And some of the folders are thick.

   Thanks for the help/information!

Most welcome!
