Ok, thanks for the info! A few more questions/clarifications:

I have moved it before and I remember the one-person-per-leg procedure
well. We'll take good care in moving it and any other heavy items.

Probably next week. The WUAPO will be updated and mail will be sent when
we decide.

We may want to use the long thin table as a desk for people to work at,
since the chapter is clamoring for general-purpose table space to do
homework at, which is what's prompting this question.

I think we will end up doing this - that is, moving them to the drop
poster shelves.

I don't think we will move them, but we wanted full information anyway.

Is this so that it can be lifted safely? What specifically is the safety
issue of storing it *under* a table or desk?

We may change which filing cabinet it is in, or where the filing cabinet
is located, but thanks for the heads-up so we can let you know where it
went.
Thanks for the help/information!
