Hi Len, I have two questions for you regarding your email.

(1) I looked into this, and it does not appear to be a violation of our 
501(c)3 tax exemption to provide the service at cost.  Do you have a 
specific reference you could share?

(2) I thought we'd agreed last January that Cat, as Print Shop Manager, 
would handle turning away customers whose jobs we couldn't handle.  Are we 
no longer going with that?
