press ops
looks like there will be a lot of printing done by reg day
this is a heads-up and start @ coordination, so it can all get done,
with no one being bumped
five jobs, all unusual/complex
* rkw, with assistance from me on the hard parts, will supervise
printing the reg day schedule cards. ideally they be printed this
weekend, but to the best of my knowledge, the svp, the pvp, and book
ex chair do not have all the event info yet
they need to be done by sunday evening 6 sep to be sufficiently dry
for tue 8 sep - that means we need all the info by early fri 4 sep
even for me, the reg day card can be a infinite time sink to reset
* the small press will be out of the APOffice on 1 sep and again on 4
sep with sufficient equipment to print with it. that may leave the
large press difficult or impossible to use
i expect it will make the trips on the new small press cart.
more on that later
* lori has a job, that keven riggle can qualify with.
1,100, so it's a long job and a long qualifying run
* alan will be doing wedding invites for brother jesse cox and his
fiance danielle. it's @ least a 2 piece job. i don't know if he's
also doing envelopes for them
