you fill out a press shop invoice for each job,
they are in the front pocket of the looseleaf that has the prices in
it.
the yellow copy of the invoice is left in one of the looseleafs,
(or leave it for me and i'll file it)
with the copies of invoices and shop financial records
the white copy is left for the treasurer
(in the drop safe?)
you can help the treasurer along,
by attaching the white invoice copy to a filled out RFP form,
noting that the funds should be transferred to the letterpress fund,
and have the RFP signed by the appropriate officer

how is this done?
I'd like to charge APO $8 for SFF invites and $2.50 for the CPW cards...
thanks,
