noted i took this job over as a training run 12 hours before wings
and i did her training run ...

the ib invite info that carolyn sent me, that she got from cat,
did not include a count, but said the info was on the sff invite ...

i did ask about a rain location, and that got in ...

order info is best shared either via email or on paper ...

we can all do better in the future ; - }

thanx

   We did have a conversation about the number of invites and I told someone
   that I would be using the middle count. Don't remember who it was, but it
   was someone as part of the printing peoples.
   Let's see... I-Banquet is May 9th, and interdepartmental mail tends to take
   a couple days, and really they should get the letters in the mail by May. So
   I guess like by next Monday/Tuesday? I mean, your guess is really as good as
   mine but let's make that be the time.
   Alexmv has recognized that the current method is kinda stupid so he's
   working on a new method that will be easily reachable to all. So hopefully
   that'll be fixed soon?
   I think that's all. If there's anything else you need, email. Sorry for all
   the trouble- I appreciate all the help that printshop gives!
