hi all.

* if a press operator is really gung-ho, and has the time to set type
  and makeready before hand,
it be possible to actually print something @ the fair

if you want to hand that something out, it be wise to print some of
them earlier so they are dry

* the small/mini/baby press cart will NOT be done in time for the CPW
  Activities Fair

i'm continuing work on it, but have been fighting some kind of
flu-ish bug for over a week

* if you wish to have the small/mini/baby press at the Fair (as an eye
catcher?), just be super careful lifting and moving it.

the press needs to be lifted by four people, by it's four (4) legs
  ONLY.
(one of the four people holding a different one of the four legs.)
do NOT lift the press by the wooden shelf, of any part of it above
  it's four legs

if the press is dropped, or falls off a cart, there is a good chance
it will crack. it's made out of cast iron, which is quite brittle

please return it to the large table, as soon as you can (i.e. there
are four people available to lift it up to the table) after it is
  returned to the APOffice

thanx

Subject: CPW Activities Fair! (come be enthusiastic about APO)

Apparently there will be a bunch of prefrosh descending on the Institvte
this week. We get to show them how great a place this is and what kinds of
fun things they can do. To that end, come help out with APO's booth at the
activities fair! The will be from 1-3pm this Saturday.

I have some ideas for what we'll do at our booth, but if you have any ideas
   feel free to tell me.

I'll be there the whole time, but I'd love for lots of brothers/pledges to
come by and hang out and talk to prefrosh. Since we're all probably crazy
busy for CPW, feel free to just sign up for half an hour, or just drop by
any time that's convenient. But if you don't sign up and still plan on
showing up, please tell me that you plan on being there. The times before
and after the fair are to help me set up and break down things.

Sign up please! Come be happy at prefrosh!
