Subject: Re: Printing training for aviv
I am unavailable on 4/20 and 4/21. Similar to accepting
print jobs, I generally need at least 2-3 weeks advance notice
because my schedule is very full with little flexibility once
things are inked in.
*In general, I cannot print Monday or Tuesday evenings
during the Boston Public Schools' school year because I
have a super long Tuesday (6:30am-2:00pm) working at
my second of three jobs before I work full-time on PMD's
service program.** I typically get 3-4 hours nap/sleep on
Mondays and Tuesdays, which is unsafe for driving and
operating the press, and compromises my teaching abilities, too.*
*Once July rolls around, I will be poorer, but will get more
sleep and not be working as a writing tutor.
*
I have not been keeping track of whether anyone has already
reserved the press shop on these dates. Maybe we should
create/use a google calendar for this instead of relying on
soley email, Cat?
Fyi: On 4/8, I responded within 5 minutes to Rebecca's
request to schedule her qualifying run, but have not yet
heard back from her. I just followed up with an email
message that I can only reserve the two possible dates
in May for her until this Friday, 4/17. After 4/17, I need
to begin scheduling activities on those dates.
Yilfs,
Lori
