hi brotherhood of printers,
did someone mention not having "squared" gauge pins to use on the
press?
we have several dozen close to new megill gauge pins around
please ONLY use newer ones where alignment is critical.
e.g. a multi-colored job
most are in the drawer under the stone where the quoins are.
in an open box, and in some small manila envelopes
there are also a number of other styles of gauge pins there.
experiment as you wish!
you can also make gauge pins out of 6 or 8 pt 3 em quads, a short
piece of lead, and some tape ...
ask for a demo?
