Hi Kristin,
We'd like to have Invitations for I-Banquet ready by Nov 12 (three weeks
from now omg!!). Right now we think we want 40 of them because they can
be for current brothers and we can put it in interdepartmental mail
which is free. since budget is a little tight, we don't know if we can
do another mailing to people who require postage, but if that money
comes extra from another thing that uses less, we might ask for a few
more. Kristin is on Brotherhood Committee so we'll stay in good
communication about the actual number. And as long as there are at
least 40, we won't be upset no matter what :-P
The invitations should say:
You are cordially invited to Alpha Phi Omega's Fall 2008 Initiation
Ceremony & Banquet on Sunday, December 7th, 2008.
Initiation Ceremony: 6pm (Location TBA)
I-Banquet: 7:15pm, Talbot Lounge, East Campus
If you plan to attend the banquet, please RSVP to apo-bvp@mit.edu by
December 2nd, along with any dietary restrictions. We hope to see you
there!
Format can be whatever you want. Changing words around is also fine.
