Well, if the Shop is proposing to print letter-sized items, the last
paragraph might want to read:

Are we sure the Shop can/wants to commit to a 3 week turnaround after
finalization? I agree that potential clients probably want some sort
of idea regarding timeframe, but it might be better if that was
discussed in detail after seeing the individual job. I can foresee
issues with ink/paper availabilty that arise after the layout is
finalized and could delay things inordinately. I had this happen with
a commercial shop and their response was "So sorry. Them's the
breaks." Clients might be happier with an individual evalution than
with a three week promise that turns into six weeks because of
unforeseen issues.
Nothing else triggered my whammy sensor, so I'd say it looks great otherwise.
