Thanks for all the feedback everyone! I'll try to incorporate all the
suggestions and send out another draft tomorrow after work, hopefully to be
posted Monday if no one notices anything else untrue/overly binding/etc.
Alan's draft looks like it has a lot of useful information I'd like to get up
after this initial update, but since the press (and advertising it) was
mentioned at CPPC earlier this month, I'd like to try to get something more
informative (but definitely accurate!) up soon, even if it doesn't have all
the information that we'd like.
