TIP: setting type inside boxed/mitered rules

Hi all,
It is easier to set type to go inside mitered/boxed rules, if you put
the rules and inside corner quads in the composing stick as you set or
change the type.
You could slide an existing block into a composing stick by holding it
at the front bevel of the lockup stone.
