I told Yoyo to make the open meetings somewhere in the 5:30/6
o'clock area. As for rooms, I don't have anything reserved yet. I'd
like them in one of the PDRs if possible. How do I go about setting
   that up?

The text at the end is from the CAC's "Event Planning Guide" You can
web it from:

As for open projects... I don't know that any currently exist. Natan?

Hi Liz, Natan, et al.

I wish to do what the actives feel is best about printing the Reg Day
Schedule Cards.

It seems to me that having as much information about possible on the
Schedule Cards makes them more useful to others and AX's Rush.

Unless you advise otherwise, they will be done when you've sent me times,
dates and places for both Open Meetings and Open Projects,
      OR
Thursday, 1 Sept 2005, with the best information available (which is
the last day I'm in town free until Book Exchange starts in the
APOffice on Monday, 5 Sept.
     OR
If another Press Operator volunteers, on Sept 2nd, 3rd, or 4th, with
the best information available.

When I know when I'll print these, I'll let other press-ops and
press-ops-wantabes know.

Note that:
   * Printing 3,000 of these takes a very full day. Maybe 12 hours.
   * These should not be printed as an all-nighter, or when a press op
is tired. The letterpress is much too dangerous to use when you are
not well rested and fully alert.
   * If Book Exchange wasn't using the front APOffice on Monday, 5
Sept, the Schedule Cards could be printed on Monday.

Thank you.
