Hi brothers,
1) During the office cleaning on Wed and Thurs, enough space was freed
up in the paint cabinet (*) to move the contents of the solvent
cabinet (**) into the paint cabinet.
Relocating the contents of the solvents cabinet gives AX a net gain in
health and safety. It reduce the smell of solvent in the front
APOffice. And get all the flammables, including paint, in the
APOffice into one cabinet. A cabinet that faces the windows in an
area that is not frequented by people.
Sasen agrees that this is a good thing to do, but we wanted other
input. Especially from press operators, who are the most frequent
users of the cabinet.
Any objections, alternatives, etc.?
If this remains a good thing to do, I will see that the move happens.
2) The emptied short cabinet could be used to hold the cooking stuff
on the dexion shelves and they could be dismantled into the dexion
inventory.
Or some other use could be found for the cabinet. Suggestions?
Before using it for something else, it be wise to air the emptied
cabinet out, and wash it throughly to get rid of any remaining smell
and solvents.
Thanx either way!
