Schedule So Far...

daemon@ATHENA.MIT.EDU (autumn@MIT.EDU)
Wed Jul 13 12:05:38 1994

From: autumn@MIT.EDU
To: apo-summer@MIT.EDU
Date: Wed, 13 Jul 94 12:05:10 EDT

Here's what I have. More notes after the table:

----------------------------------------------------------------
APO BAY STATE GAMES ICE CREAM PROJECT (nice title!)
----------------------------------------------------------------
11am - 12pm Ping Kevin
----------------------------------------------------------------
12pm - 1pm Kate Ping
----------------------------------------------------------------
1pm - 2pm Kate Ping
----------------------------------------------------------------
2pm - 3pm Ping Lily & friend
----------------------------------------------------------------
3pm - 4pm Ezra Lily & friend
----------------------------------------------------------------
4pm - 5pm Ezra Ping, Hannah(?), Whoever
					else would like to work
----------------------------------------------------------------

This is, of course, subject to shuffle. =) And those of you who
haven't responded can still send me mail. If you have already sent me
mail, and I have forgotten you, feel free to flame me into the ground.

What I envision is that those who are scheduled for a particular hour
agree to be there for that hour, and those who are not scheduled can
feel free to show up, schmooze, switch off with people who are having
wrist problems.. y'know, fellowship. =)

If you don't like your place on the schedule, feel obligated to send
me mail now and tell me. I have a lot of flexibility. And if you
would like to boot Ping out of his monopoly of the ice cream scoop,
please do so. =)

YiLFS,
Barbara

PS. If some helpful soul would like to print this out and post it in
the office, I would be most grateful.

PPS. Our talent agents are still working on obtaining Famed
Dramaticist Kevin Dahm for Book Exchange. Sources say he is reluctant,
but has a weakness for younger women....
