I have another service opportunity to annouce!
The ARC (I know, evil, but whatever) needs volunteers for Check-In for
Pre-Orientation & Orientation (Dates 8/17, 8/18, 8/19, 8/20, 8/21, 8/22,
8/25, 8/26). Also, they need a couple volunteers for Parent Check-In on
8/25 and 8/26.
There are also opportunities to give tours during Orientation to places in
Boston, the MIT museum, Library tours, etc, mostly on August 26th.
There's a sign-up binder in the Orientation Office 7-103 for people to
sign-up. Some kind of online sign-up may be coming soon, so I'll let you
know.
I know a lot of these dates are at the beginning of Dorm Rush, but if you
think you're going to have any spare time this is a good opportunity to meet
eager froshlings. The earlier dates are probably better for dorm people.
