absent because they were still in the line to give blood. Thanks everyone.]
OFFICER REPORTS:

SVP(Bridget): After Finals is at Camp Resolute. Have transport and food PCs. Dave has
volunteered to be main PC if he can train someone at the same time. Not much
to report.
AVP(Kate): Reserved a bunch more rooms.
Treas(Kevin): Still in the process of changing signatures. Got the forms necessary.
You should think about being active this term and telling me so.
FVP(Ann): I'll call the BSO tomorrow. The aquarium is free on Thursdays after 3.
MVP(Barbara): Letters to that long list of freshmen interested in community service are
written. Stuffing envelopes with them will take place at after finals.
The list is grouped by living group. The inifinite corridor panel display
needs to be designed and implement. Tell me if you want to be a Big
Brother. Think about open meetings. Memorize your part in the pledge
ritual as appropriate.
OTHER STUFF:

Bridget is compiling a list of people's food allergies for general information.
Kevin is still working on that mentor list.
Barbara is holding a momcomm straight after this meeting.
Gilbert is hoping to see that ride board hung next Fridauy.
