Two more really quick things:
There are little slips of paper on the main table in the APO office. These
slips of paper have the names and phone numbers and room numbers of the freshmen
who were interested in community service. Again, I'd like to re-emphasize to
everyone to PLEASE check out the names (on these slips and on the sign-up sheet)
for any frosh that you may know, and to make an effort to contact them soon.
Most of us came to APO, not because of general publicity, but because of people
we knew in this group. DO ask them, if they sound interested, to come to the
open meeting Monday (7 pm, PDR 1), and if they can't make that, see if they
might be interested in helping out for Reg Day.
CHARLIE HAMILTON: please send me mail; let's do some sniffing around Next
House, 'kay?
For Reg Day: having talked to some marginally more experienced people, we would
like to change our sub-PC requests. We would still like a food sub-PC, and
setup and breakdown sub-PC's would also be much appreciated. Cris and Deena and
I will take care of manpower BEFORE Reg Day, but we'd still like a manpower PC
to help us keep track of hours worked, to perhaps escort anyone outside APO
who's helping out and needs to register for P.E.'s to the Athletic Department,
and other miscellaneous things DURING Reg Day. Dave and Ping, could one of you
two be in charge of that??
