Just wanted to spread the word about FOUR Internships available for
this summer (starting this spring). [Please forward to other interested
parties or email lists] Brief descriptions follow of the Stratton
Student Center Vendor Coordinator and Residence/Orientation Interns.

The first three are available through the Dean's Office in charge of
Residence/Orientation (R/O). The three paid Interns (Chairperson,
Personnel and Publicity, and Logistics) are given free housing for the
summer as well as a salary of around $3500. The Interns are responsible
for ALL aspects of R/O. R/O includes Project MOYA, the frosh picnic
(aka Killian Kick-Off), Clearinghouse, International, R/O Center, and
MUCH more!
If you want more information about the R/O Internships and their
specific duties, please go to room 7-103 and ask for information and
applications (Ida Faber is the R/O Advisor x3-6772). Applications are
due by February 11! You can email me if you have any specific questions
about paid or volunteer opportunities for R/O. (I held the position of
Personnel and Publicity Manager this year.)

Campus Activities Complex VENDOR COORDINATOR is the fourth Internship I
am trying to publicize. This position oversees the Vendors in the
Student Center Lobby. It is EXCELLENT experience. This position
should extend through Spring '96. I am looking for personable,
assertive and professional undergrads interested in management
experience as well as promotional programs (crafts, ice sculpting, Mardi
Gras, pumpkin painting).
I've held this position for two years and have enjoyed it thorougly.
