Come one, come all to this year's Steak Fry and Auction
Program for the evening:
5pm. Dinner is served.
This will consist of grilled steak and lots of it,
For those of you who are wonderful vegetarians like
Myself, there will be marinated protabello mushrooms
grilled or pan fried, as you prefer, plus your standard
burger toppings. Corn on the grill, and boiled, baked
potatoes and, by popular demand, garlic bread. ....
Oh yes, and we can't have a meal here at AX without
our famous bug juice.
6:30pm Desert
But only if you help those of us who cook clean up
the dinner a little bit. What is it? Well, much
like our white elephant auction, you'll just have to
help clean up to find out now won't you. I do promise
that your chances of enjoying it are better than your
chances of enjoying what you win at the white elephant.
7pm Auction
The chapter has a lot of junk. Alums have a lot
of junk. Brothers have a lot of junk. A quick easy
way to redistribute the junk is to donate it to the
chapter and have them buy it at an auction. What happens
then? Not my problem. And if you ask nicely, the redheads
might auction off their laps again.
9pm Finish cleaning up and go home
As much as I love you all, I have a life other than APO.
After project in the morning and steakfry in the evening,
I want a few hours to myself.
Location:
Top secret. Somewhere with a kitchen, and really cool. I'll tell you
more as soon as I am authorized.
There is a sign up in the office currently. Please sign up there with
how much food you want, and and dietary restrictions, or please e-mail
edown@mit.edu with your info.
Do not e-mail me. I will lose it, and then, you will go hungry.
