Very few people have responded to my earlier email.
This is something of a problem, but can be remedied very easily:
The moment you get this message, write back to me, even if you're
not going to be there (negative information helps), even if you
told me you were going to be there, but didn't email me about it.
Tell me:
Will you be there?
How much do you think you'll eat (# hotdogs, # hamburgers, # veggiburgers)?
Can you drag anyone along, and how much will they eat (rough estimates...)?
Can you show up at 11 for setup?
Can you help grill?
Can you help cleanup?
Thank you. I need more responses today, or the BBQ will just not be
worthwhile.
