I apologize in advance for hitting all the lists in this fashion, but it has
come to my attention that apo-alumni@mit.edu is being used in disregard for
its purpose, and alumni are unhappy about being spammed with uninteresting
information, so here we go...

apo-alumni@mit.edu is NOT a discussion list!
apo-alumni@mit.edu is NOT a announce list!
apo-alumni@mit.edu is NOT to be used
without the permission of the President or Alumni Liaison!
apo-alumni@mit.edu should have almost no traffic!

apo-alumni@mit.edu is intended to keep an email contact for all our alumni
for major events that may impact all our alumni members

If you wish to discuss alumni activities, or potential activates, the
correct forum for that is axaa-news@mit.edu

axaa-news@mit.edu is the discussion list for the Alpha Chi Alumni
Association (AXAA).
axaa-news@mit.edu has membership that includes only those who want to be on
the list.
axaa-news@mit.edu may, at times, be high-traffic.

If you wish to be added to apo-alumni, send email to apo-alumni-liaison.
If you wish to be added to or removed from axaa-news, send mail to
axaa-acl@mit.edu

I will put this information on the AX and AXAA websites as soon as I can get
to it. In the meantime, please be courteous and follow the rules.

YiLFSetting-things-straight,

Oscar
APO Alumni Liaison, Ret.
