months and we are in need of a lot of help. any kind of help is

MIT HABITAT WORKDAY ON CAMPUS
date: TBA, but very soon
Kresge Oval and steps of Stratton
Students will frame sections of walls, which will be used in two 6-unit
Habitat Houses in Roxbury. All day out on Kresge, with music and snacks.
we need help with: (email habitat-exec)
- communicating with campus officials
- t-shirts
- publicity (campus and boston media)
- getting tools donated
- recruiting students to build
- related education/awareness (info for people walking by)

SPRING WEEKEND MIT HABITAT SLEEP-OUT
April 29-30
Kresge Oval
Students will get others to sponsor them to sleep in cardboard boxes
on Kresge Oval. Speakers will talk about housing issues, poverty, and
community service. Breakfast will be served the following morning.
We need help with: (email habitat-exec)
- finding speakers
- entertainment/activities (a movie?)
- communicating with campus officials
- campus and boston media
- recruiting boxpeople, including faculty and staff
- donations for snacks and breakfast
- t-shirts
