Resuming the< Blood Drive and Dinner Trip

July 20 is the 3rd Tuesday in the next odd numbered month and now that
many of us are vaccinated against COVID,I'd like to resume the 3rd
Tuesday of Odd Numbered Months Blood Drive and Dinner trip and I hope
those of you in the area will join me.
IMPORTANT: As of now the Red Cross is requiring appointments and in
the Boston area many sights fill up a month or more in advance. If you
want to donate, please make your appointment now, don't wait.
If you are planning on joining the dinner trip, I need to know before
July 18th so we can pick a time / location / dinner setting that
everyone is
comfortable with. I'm going to try and make a restaurant reservation.
The details:
Who: Hopefully, you. Alumni, actives, pledges family and friends
welcome.
What: Blood donation followed by Dinner Trip
When: July 20, 2021
Where: American Legion Hall, 162 Winn Street, Burlington, MA
Why: Because it saves lives.
How:
To Make an appointment to donate call 1-800-GIVE-LIFE or go on line at
http://www.redcrossblood.org/ If all of the appointment slots are
full, you can still show up and donate as a walk in.
Please join us for dinner even if you can't donate.
The blood mobile is open from 1:30pm - 7:00 pm.
If you want to join us only for dinner, DO NOT come to the Blood Drive
location. Contact me in advance so we can pick a place and time.
