Hi,
Somehow the 3rd Tuesday of an odd numbered month snuck up on me without
my realizing until this afternoon that today was it. That's what happens
when the month starts on a Tuesday and all of the days have been kind of
looking the same anyway.
So, in this world where social distancing is still advised and the
weather is getting colder, cutting down on outdoor options, I think it
will be a while before there is a dinner trip. However, the Red Cross
still needs blood donors.
If you are eligible please try to donate at a location near you. You can
find those by checking the website at https://www.redcrossblood.org/,

The Red Cross is especially looking for donors who have had COVID-19 to
donate plasma to be used to treat current COVID-19 patients.
I've donated several times since the Pandemic started. Things you should
know:
* Appointments are required, no walk-ins
* Face masks are required
* I've been to several different sites and they have been very good
about spacing people out and maintaining social distancing from other
donors.
I hope you and your families are doing well.
YiLFS,
Ellen
