Exec Meeting Minutes 11/19
Members: Nina, Will, Michael, Kyra
Officer Reports:
President: managed to complete space allocation application form
will meet with Amanda to discuss treasurer stuff
still need to pay people back for BookEx (will contact Josh Forman today)
next chapter meeting on 30th; elections and stuff happen then; will also ne=
ed to vote on Bylaws and Standing Policies
(will organize Bylaws)
PVP: pledge meeting tonight
AC: will email out a list of events coming up in the next two months (boldi=
ng things coming up sooner rather than later)
Candy-Taping Event:
9 PM; get candy from Star Market (should only take an hour or so); meet in =
1-242
Other Service/Fellowship:
12/2 PMD Lego Kits (signup due 11/22)(people should sign-up for this)
week of 12/4 (before dead week): BookEx Office Hours
Naco Taco Fellowship: reschedule to evening of 12/2
