Hi all,

Yes, this does mean that APO can recruit starting August 9.

With all of my hats - ASA, APO, and dorm president - please keep in mind as
you're planning that being allowed to do something doesn't necessarily make
it a good idea; I think running an event or two during this period is fine
and maybe a good thing, but REX and orientation are already pretty hectic,
and I think it may difficult to see why APO is awesome if you're running
off to another event after ten minutes.

Yours in Letters From Singapore,

Rachel
