Apparently the ASA has decided not to enforce a moratorium on recruiting pe=
ople during the orientation period (including REX) prior to the 2013 Activi=
ties Midway. As far as I'm aware this covers APO, given that we're classed =
as a student group rather than an FSILG, and I've emailed Rachel Keeler to =
get clarification. I don't know when she'll get back to me, but in the mean=
time I'd like to convene a summer meeting comprised of at least ExecComm an=
d at most all the brothers in town so that we can rearrange our rush schedu=
le to get the most out of the change in rules.
