Scheduling chapter meetings

We have yet to schedule our regular chapter meeting time.
Hopefully we can reach a consensus ASAP! Then we can vote on it and
set it officially at the second chapter meeting on 9/23.
At the first meeting, we came up with a few times that seemed to be
the best, based on the conflicts of those present.

P.S. If the meeting was on Sunday, it would be on the "last day of the
weekend" - so on long weekends, the meeting would be on Monday.
