If you haven't heard, APO was selected to be part of SLOPE Night for
the freshmen, 8-10pm Sept 1. Basically, student groups provide free
entertainment for the frosh. :) Our project is to use our mini-press
to print out "Golden Tickets" with useful phone numbers and other
info. If possible, we'll include some "interactivity" - perhaps
allowing frosh to pick out a phrase to put in the ticket?
Any ideas for what should be included? Let me know!
Press-ops: your help typesetting would be much appreciated! I'll be
working on it Monday night, maybe Tuesday day. It would also be useful
to have another press-op at the actual event on Tuesday night.
Non-Press-ops: send me ideas! your presence at the booth would also be
a huge help - you wouldn't have to worry about operating the
mini-press, so you could be helpful and answer froshling questions!
huzzah!
