This was in the minutes from the chapter meeting, but for those of you who
skimmed or didn't read:
RulesComm will be going over the Bylaws. Blanche yourself onto
apo-rules-comm if you are interested. People who expressed interest at CPPC
or the chapter meeting have been blanched. We'll have our first meeting
sometime next week, mail is being sent to apo-rules-comm.
