Come and help new registrants join the bone marrow registry database.
Jasmina is a six-year-old African-American child in desperate need of
a bone marrow transplant. African-Americans and other minorities are
under-represented in the nation=92s bone marrow registry. There may even
be a Boston Celtics player in attendance, so it will be fun!
The event takes place at the YMCA Boston at 316 Huntington Avenue
(MBTA Green Line stop or #1 bus) on Sunday, April 5, 10 am to 4 pm.
Volunteer for all or part of the day.
