I will not be present at the meeting. Someone else needs to take
minutes/print the WUAPO, and take the following three officer's reports :)
AC:
Making sure Bookex reservations work out.
Nothing else to report, look at the WUAPO.
SVP:
there is service now yay
i got pledges workin' on awesome projects, so soon there will be even MORE.
there may be a date change with retrofit so we can do CRC with SigEp
on that day instead. I'm waiting for a response.
Still need a PC for May 3 Walk for Hunger breakdown.
it's time to start thinking about finals coffeehouse and finals cookie
baking.... so I need PCs for those.
(fyi: finals cookie baking is the best project ever you bake cookies
and deliver them to people in athena clusters!!)
(fyi: finals coffeehouse you acquire $$ and donations and manpower to
provide coffee and snacks to MIT students during finals)
watch out for a poke if you haven't PC'd anything yet...
Historian:
hey Historians Rolls
last semester needs Pledgeclass namesake and names of chairs
This semesters needs names of Pledges and chairs as well
that is all
