We have a new senior exec coming in next week. I'll be talking with the
incoming and outgoing officers to make sure there is appropriate passing
of knowledge. Speaking of which, *points* we have this lovely chapter
book which many officers may find useful for their positions. You may
even find it useful to read through it for others' positions.
We have a lot of things we can do over IAP for next term and I ask that
all officers start thinking about what change they'd like to see. I
can't stress enough that any changes you want to make should be set in
motion before the start of term.
"There are 8 days left of class. Term is over." -prez
"NOOO! It's not!!" -lots of people
"Okay, but it's over sooner than you think." -prez
Something I wish
be on top of what everyone is doing to make
I hope to get a new big service program going.

Exit Interviews are coming up next week. There aren't a lot of
interviews scheduled yet, so you should schedule yours. You should
attend as many as you can, it's important. Pledges should be encouraged
to attend interviews that are after theirs.
PCR/PTR is this Thursday. You should really come to that. Dinner will be
provided. Anyone want to cook?
Remember it is mandatory attendance to be elevated, and mandatory to
vote on pledges.
I would have done a lot more if it weren't for Book Exchange.
outgoing: I don't know.
incoming: I want to advertise.

We have I-Banquet PC woohoo! Go Cristen!
Check your status of brotherhood requirements on the spreadsheet I'll be
sending out shortly -- in particular, if you did complete the
brotherhood requirements, please make sure that is reflected on the
sheet, for recordkeeping/recognition purposes :-)
I-Banquet Sunday 7:15pm -- initiation is 6pm -- everybody be there.
outgoing:I would have tried to get a bigger picture of what brothers are
struggling and why. It's hard to pay attention to everyone. I should
have prioritized among who was/wasn't showing up.
incoming: I want to fix the little things.

We have BookEx reserved for the next 2 or 3 years. We should have them
for 5 or 6 years in advance, so it's time to reserve more.
We have no reservations for Big Screw yet. We should get on both a Lobby
10 booth, and a Lobby 7
outgoing: I'd like to have learned to use the locker better, and be able
to find things and change things for people really easily.
incoming: Compile a big calendar of everything APO, with the SVP, PVP,
and BVP adding things to it, that is easily accessible.
"Sounds like the wuapo."

There are sashes, most of them are sewn. They aren't printed yet,
because they're not done being sewn. Talk to the Sewing Chair to help.
*president talks himself in circles after accidentally insulting the
Sewing Chair*
There will be a Silk Screening learning thing soon. You can learn to
make a screen, and how to print.
What about armed pants?
We'll try to go through the Nationals Legislation Saturday. There's not
much legislation this year. It'll take maybe half an hour. You should
come if you're interested in hearing what's going on, or need to vote on
the legislation, but haven't read it yet.

BookEx

We have all our BookEx PCs, though we have to decide between slehmann
and jenhope for our Assisstant Web God.
SCHEDULING-Recommendations to put before the Chapter
(Chapter Program Planning Confrence)
CPPC I- Thursday January 8th at 1930
CPPC II-Thursday January 15th at 1930
Chapter meetings. When do we want them?
The one downside to Sunday evening is that when people go away for the
weekend, they're often not back in time for the meeting. We used to do
Wednesdays for a long time. Weekdays seem kind of sucky, since there's
always someone with a problem with each day.
Reg day is Monday the 2nd, Term Starts Tuesday the 3rd, BookEx is Sunday
the 1st through Friday the 6th.
Wednesdays are bad for epower completely. Reg Day is busy for everyone,
and so is out. There's sucky stuff all the time. The best days are
Sunday and Wednesday. If we do it Sunday the first, people can go
straight from the meeting to BookEx setup. 6pm on Sunday the 1st.
FIRST CHAPTER MEETING SUNDAY FEBRUARY 1ST AT 1800!!!
Big Screw is April 13th-17th. We should get lobby 10 booths reserved.
Last day of classes Thursday May 14th. We should put Initiation and
I-Banquet the weekend before that. How about Saturday the 9th? Cool.
Steak Fry. Early April? April 5th.
Chapter Weekend? Has to be late enough to be warm. If it's gonna be
after finals, we have to tell people really soon. There are lots of
weekends that are holidays, that we should work around.
May 23rd-27th, leaving in the afternoon.
adjourned sometime around 1933
