I know that the last piece of mail I sent was not a real announcement
and so now I am going to send a real one, being that I now know when
and where SFF is going to be.
(drum roll)

AX Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega
invites you to come to
***** Bathrobes and Bowties *****
A "come-as-you-want-to" semi-formal-formal
Saturday, November 19th
McCormmick East Penthouse
9pm-1am
*******************************************************************************
The choice became rather easy == We couldn't get Talbot =-(
But hey! I've never been in either McCormmick Penthouse, so there. ;-)
Brothers and pledges are of course encouraged to come help setup at 8pm.
I will sort out music and food PC's real soon, so that they can be ready.
I am a press-op so I am going to send out real invitations soon to all active
brothers and pledges (unless you really don't want one, in which case I will
be very disappointed in you. Well, ok, not really. But you can keep them as
reminders).
Invitations will probably be sent out before or during this weekend (meaning
that I will either get them done before or on Thursday), so keep an eye
open for what will soon come to you via snail-mail.
As for PC's, I have heard no real votes for food PC, although Grant and
Gilbert said they both would like to take part, and I would be glad to
hand it to them if no one else objects. Don't be afraid to DJ. Its fun.
And you can play what you want. Sort of. ;-)
Someone though should help food PC. Its easy to do. Just get some
stuff for us to munch on for a few hours. You probably have been
to parties and such before, so this should not be too much different.
Other than that, I need some people to help set up at 8. This includes
setting up the stereo (There is a good chance we will just use mine, as
it has been used at parties before) and possibly some decorating. In fact
brothers and pledges are encouraged to come help decorate. If there is enough
enthusiasm for this, someone could even PC this and get their pc-ship out
of the way.
So this is how everything stands. If you have any questions or comments
ask me or a brother and if another brother doesn't know, ask me. =-)
YiLFS, and just good old Fellowship
