Hi All,
Another note from your FVP. I-Banquet (that's short for Initiation Banquet)
will occur on May 10, 2008 in the afternoon.
I am looking for a PC for this event. I-Banquet occurs at the end of each
semester to celebrate the elevation of pledges, give several awards, and
celebrate the hard work of the outgoing AX chapter officers. There is food
and fun.
As always, the PC will be the point wo(man) for the project. You don't have
to do all the work, but you will have to make sure that someone does it.
The work for this project includes things such as: room reservations
(location is up to you), buying and making food, announcements to the
chapter. I want to have the print shop make printed invitations for this
event so that the whole chapter can be informed (including alumni and
current brothers).
There's not much time left in the semester, in case you haven't PCed a
project and you still want to fulfill the actives/pledges requirements. If
you are interested, please let me know as soon as possible.
YiLFS,
Samuel
