our chapters membership practices
What: Workshops on various topics to strengthen your chapter =C2=A0(See more=
specific titles below)
When: Sunday, April 20th, 10:30-4pm
Where: University of Hartford, Student Center
Why: Because we need it! =C2=A0As section chairs, I see many chapters strugg=
ling with one or more of these issues and decided to take action. =C2=A0Come=
together and share your ideas and troubles... we will work on solving them=20=
together. =C2=A0We will also hear from alumni volunteers as they help us add=
ress each issue. =C2=A0You will leave feeling informed and motivated to dire=
ctly address your chapter concerns. =C2=A0If you are not concerned, perhaps=20=
you will be able to offer guidance and suggestions to other chapters.
We are working hard to put together a great program to help advance our chap=
ter membership. =C2=A0We will be discussing: rush, recruitment, retention, a=
pathy, motivating members, pledge education, working with alumni, extension=20=
groups, and interchapter relations. =C2=A0
