Officers' reports:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
MVP (Dave): We have 13 pledges, 14 soon. Pledge Ceremony for
Linda will happen probably either this early Friday evening or
at Chapter Weekend I. Look out for mail. Pledge Article Meal
this Saturday at Chapter Weekend. There will be lots of shuttles
so you don't need to work at CW to be at PAM.
AVP (Gilbert): New version of signup sheet in the office.
Treasurer (Henning): Pay your debts and I'll be grateful.
FC (Rachel): Send me your birthdates. I'll try to keep birthday list
up-to-date. Chapter Weekend is also a fellowship event where
you could have fun and enjoy trees!
APOcEd (bert): nothing to report. But WRITE ARTICLES! Damn
it!
PubDir (Charley): Found 3 rolls of paper. Henning will deal with
bill. Still need help from Dave about the computer script for IC
board.
ASC (Cathy): nothing to report
Historian (Richard): Hosed and tired.
President (Kate): Rochester was fun! Thanks Barbara for holding
last ExecComm. Still need to talk to BU and other chapters to
arrange Sectional Service Project, probably at Chapter Weekend
II. Still filling out national forms.
If you want to be coke chair, safety chair, tool chair, food chair,
or transport chair, please talk to me. [ask any brother about
these titles.]
Committee reports:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
UMOC (Richard): I'm breaking first deadline because I'm hosed.
There was scarcely anyone at UMOC meeting last friday. UMOC
Comm is updating the rules. Got all sub-PC's now but could
always use extra help.
New Business:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dave explains Robert's Rules - rules to make sure that wishes of ma-
jority are carried out and concerns of minority are not trampled. Ask
Dave for more.
National Voting Delegates: We have 3 nominees - Kevin, Ping, and
Dave.
Result: Ping and Dave will be delegates. Kevin will be alternate.
We will propose a motion to make blindfolding at pledge ceremonies
optional. [Ask Kevin for more.]
Announcements:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Cindy: Kid Care project this Saturday. I bounced reponsibility off to
Alexis. Circle-K is also doing this. If you are not going to CW,
please come to this. I will make sure that the Campus Police
knows about our showing up.
Charley: Chapter Weekend II will be at Wind in the Pines (a girl
scout camp).
Richard: UMOC meeting at 5pm this Friday.
Kate: Dinner trip at 6pm.
Ezra: Chapter Weekend I running from Friday to Monday. We'll do
painting and some carpentry. There will be a sweet surprise on
Sunday nite.
Dave: I need a PC for PAM (especially to do the food.) Please (espe-
cially Big brothers) remind pledges about it. Pledge meetings
will happen soon.
PFTGOTO:

Kate: Happy birthday, Rachel! [applause]
Kate: Gauss is big stuffed duck owned by Elth.
Henning: Answer trivia questions!

at the bottom).
