Is this routing (or whatever it turns out to be) problem
especially bad today (Feb 2nd) ?
My connection to the UK seems to break before going
trans-atlantic every 10 minutes or so. The server I'm
trying to reach (running NCSA httpd 1.3 on a Sparc 5 with sunos)
is having a torrid time trying to cope with all the broken
connections. It's load average swings violently from a typical
1.x to about 90 during these times.
