    Probably unecessary - if I recall correctly, Oracle 7.0 has an environment 
variable called TWO_TASK.  When this variable is set, all requests are sent
to this machine for processing.  BTW, a backend to oracle is available via:

	URL:ftp://ftp.cc.gatech.edu/pub/gvu/www/pitkow/gsql-oracle

Sooner or later, oracle may decide to support a gateway directly for their
clients.
