M-x ispell-buffer works

I modified default.el to point ispell-program-name at the right place,
and moved ispell.el from the ispell distribution into site-lisp.
We also have a source tree for ispell now (just a copy of the Athena
source tree with a small bug fixed; it built cleanly to start with).
I nuked /usr/athena/lib/elisp since we didn't seem to be using it, and
I owned all the files therein.
