Well, I occasionally coordinate with the guy doing the linux AFS work,
and after some discussion it turns out we can distribute the libraries
domestically under the binary contrib area (I thought there was some
other issue, but it was just "young code" that initially held him back
from distributing the libraries). It will take me some time to assemble
an output tree, so be patient, but I'll put something out fairly soon.
