Maple, Xess run under NetBSD

I've gotten Maple and Xess to run on a NetBSD machine under -current.
The Maple X interface is broken in the same way as on a Linux machine
(Reid is going to deal with it some time soon) and Xess complains
about resources (I'm probably starting it wrong, or something), but
otherwise everything works.
Time to make a lot of packaging decisions.
