But anyway, it's manpage should be installed.
I think it is a mistake to put any directories in sipb-athena/0NetBSD
-- the intention was that would contain NetBSD-specific ``stuff'', but
since we already have a location for NetBSD-specific source trees
(project/netbsd/dev/athena), let's not make a third...
