We now have /usr/athena/bin/more, since many people copy `setenv MORE
"-csd"' out of the Athena dotfiles. It's based on the BSD 4.3 more,
and acts like "more" on other platforms.
In light of this, I've added the `setenv MORE "-csd"' back into
/usr/athena/lib/init/cshrc (and in the source tree, of course).
