I think we should decide now that we're releasing netbsd-athena on
some specific date X, where date X is some good balance between
"getting to use Athena 8.2 as a guinea pig", and "having time to get
some bug reports in and a patch release out before the activities
midway". (If that's still possible.)
I think we should commit to getting the release out before the frosh
arrive even if the 7.7 update isn't ready yet.
I don't know the R/O schedule at all, so I can't really suggest what
the timing should be.
