zygorthian-space-raiders is now running a NetBSD 1.3F kernel (built
out of whatever was in it's /usr/src tree) and AFS. It seems to be
functioning normally.

Due to an unfortunate error on my part, I clobbered the 1.3E libafs.o
bits in our build tree; they can be regenerated if anyone has a 1.3E
kernel source tree saved somewhere..

/afs/sipb/project/afs/build/make-libafs-1.3F-UVM will now actually
build a UVM libafs (as opposed to the non-UVM libafs built by
make-libafs-1.3E-UVM).

I believe I also fixed the cookie problems on 1.3E+ but I don't have
time right now to stress-test this.

See .../afs/build/dest/root.client/usr/vice/etc/dkload/libafs-1.3F-UVM.o
for the actual kernel extension.

I believe all my changes are checked in..

If anyone wants a non-UVM 1.3F AFS, let me know.

Oh, yeah, all this is x86 only..
